This training aims at increasing the capacities of professionals managing international mobility programs. Thanks to an experiential learning approach and small groups exercises, this workshop encourages discussion and the integration of key concepts to solve problematic situations with efficiency. In preparation to the synchronous session, participants will access a self-led module on the foundations of crisis management. A second module will introduce participants to mental health.

Objectives of the workshop:

  • Gain the knowledge and professional skills to manage a crisis in a structured way.
  • Better manage mental health situations arising when travelling.
  • Increase confidence of participants to empower them with crisis management.
  • Recognize and prevent situations that could lead to a crisis.

The self-led modules are available in both French and English. The workshop will be facilitated in English. French speakers will have the possibility to interact with the facilitator in French and will work together in a small group.
